Terms of Use
How ordering, prices, delivery, and returns work.
This is a translation of the Ukrainian version. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
An order is a request
The “Order” button on the website sends a request; it does not complete a purchase. A manager calls you back to confirm item availability, the final total, and the delivery method. The contract is considered concluded after this confirmation, not at the moment you click the button.
Prices and availability
Prices on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and may change: the catalog is updated from the warehouse price list. The “in stock” label shows availability as of the last update — the manager confirms actual availability when processing your request. If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a lead time.
Dealers signed in to their dealer account see partner prices. These apply only to accounts with confirmed dealer status.
Diagrams and compatibility
The catalog is built from the manufacturer's diagrams. We keep it accurate, but the buyer remains responsible for the final choice of a part for a specific vehicle — model year and trim affect compatibility. Not sure? Give the manager the part number and VIN, and we will check.
Delivery
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Delivery time depends on availability: items in stock ship the next business day; items on order ship within the lead time the manager gives you at confirmation.
Returns
Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if they have not been used and their condition and packaging are intact. Parts made or ordered for a specific vehicle cannot be returned. To make a return, call +380 73 003 09 09.
Warranty
Vehicles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; parts are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, or damage caused by improper installation or use other than intended.
Website content
Photos, diagrams, and texts belong to KAYO and its official distributor. Using the catalog for automated data collection or republishing without permission is not allowed.
