Who we are

What data we collect

Only what you provide yourself:

• Phone number — when you send a dealership request or ask us to call you back. It is the only required field in the form.
• Name, phone number, and delivery branch — when you place an order for parts, so a manager can contact you and ship the package.
• Email — if you are a dealer with access to a dealer account. Your password is stored in encrypted form; we cannot see it.

We do not collect payment card data: payment happens outside the website, directly with a manager.

Why

To call you back about your request, to assemble and ship your order, and — for dealers — to show partner prices and order history in the dealer account. This data is not used for anything else.

Who we share it with

No one, except where an order cannot work without it: the delivery service (to create the shipment) and the bank — if payment goes through it. We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests — up to one year; orders — three years (required for accounting and warranty service); dealer accounts — for as long as the partnership lasts. After that, the data is deleted.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies it cannot work without: remembering your cart and a flag that you are signed in to a dealer account (to show partner prices). There are no advertising or tracking cookies on the website.

Your rights

You can find out exactly what data of yours we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call the number above — we will do it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Current version dated August 24, 2026.
